A Little About Us

The Harbour Place is owned and operated by Wade and Teresa Harbour. We were married, at what would become The Harbour Place, in 1991.  Our children were also married and continue to live on our family farm.  After our daughter's wedding, we were encouraged to share our farm and open a wedding venue for others to enjoy.  We have incorporated elements of the farm into the wedding venue, including a re-purposed stable and tobacco barn.  In years to come, we hope other couples will have the same fond memories of how they started their journey together at The Harbour Place.  

The Harbour Place is situated on a beautiful 5th generation, 150-acre family farm. You will enjoy our intimate setting here in the heart of the Yadkin Valley, and you can choose from multiple ceremony options. 

A log and timber frame structure, originally used to cure tobacco, has been repurposed to accommodate up to 100 guests. Our stable dates back to the early 1900s, and is updated with modern conveniences including a lovely bridal room, lounging area and full kitchen.
